For 16 oz spaghetti noodles double the ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  2. 3 cloves garlic minced
  3. 1 lb headless shrimp peeled
  4. 3 tbs olive oil
  5. 1 onion sliced
  6. 1 cup carrots julianned
  7. 1 cup celery
  8. 1/2 cup parsley
  9. 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp pepper

Steps :

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute.
